I've spent the past 10+ years making developer docs less painful to read (and hopefully less painful to write and edit, too). I've owned docs end-to-end at companies like Semgrep, Qwiet AI, and Auth0, and I have a soft spot for API references, integration guides, and quickstarts.

Before focusing on docs, I was a software engineer and business systems analyst. I've written my fair share of C#, SQL queries, and VB.NET scripts. I still lean on that background to understand what I'm documenting and bridge the gap where engineering, product, and support all have a slightly different idea of what a feature does (or should do).
